The product
A camera operator that fits on a desk.
The Oles Technologies gimbal is a two-axis motorized dock for your phone. It holds the phone, charges it, and rotates it. Everything about where to point comes from the phone.
Two axes, one continuous motion.
Brushless motors drive pan and tilt independently. Pan is continuous through a full circle with a slip ring, so there is no cable wrap and no reset sweep halfway through a recording. Tilt covers 90 degrees, enough to follow someone standing up from a chair.

The phone does the thinking.
Subject detection runs on the phone, not on the dock. The phone processes the live camera feed, works out where the subject is, and streams orientation commands over Bluetooth LE. The dock executes them. That split is why tracking behaves the same in every camera app.

Quiet enough to record next to.
The motors are the loudest part of any gimbal, so they got the most attention. Helical gearing and a compliant motor mount keep drive noise below the room tone of a normal office, which means the phone's microphones do not pick up the movement.
